Armenian human rights activist to give a written cognizance not to leave

PanARMENIAN.Net - RA Office of Prosecutor General intends to substitute arrest by cognizance not to leave for human rights activist Arshaluys Hakobyan.



Hakobyan, who was an observer during May 31 municipal election, is charged in compliance with article 316.1 of the RA Criminal Code (deforcement).
