Official opening of the conference will be held on March 17. On the same day a Memorandum of Understanding will be signed between the RA ministry of emergency situations and the Euro-Atlantic Center for coordination of disaster response of the North Atlantic Treaty organization to conduct exercises. The event is aimed to refine organizational issues for international exercises "Armenia 2010" to be held between September 11 and 17, 2010 in the Kotayk region of Armenia.
