Decrease in term of military service discussed in ArmeniaJuly 15, 2010 - 19:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On July 15, a special sitting of the youth subcommittee of the RA Public Council (PC) discussed suggestions of Chairman of the PC Vazgen Manukyan addressed to members of the Council in an open letter.
