Vanik Minasyan: Armenian army morale high

PanARMENIAN.Net - The fact that Baku doesn't dare unleash a new war despite its threats evidences of Armenian army’s efficiency, a Defense Ministry official said.

“Morale of Armenian servicemen is high, what is to some extent conditioned by the support of the civil society,” PR department head Vanik Minasyan told a news conference on January 26.

He informed that a series of events dated to the Army Day are being held.

“Students and NGO representatives are expected to visit military units,” Minasyan said.

For her part, Soldier’s Mother NGO chairperson Greta Mirzoyan noted that the Armenian army has strengthened during the recent years.
