Ararat basketball club becomes Champion of Iran

Ararat Tehran BC has become champion of Iran for the second year running. The team won Iranian Super League Champion’s title after the 93:63 victory over Isfahan’s Fulade Mobarakeh.



The Iranian Basketball Championship kicked off in September 2009, bringing together 14 teams.



Following its recent victory, Armenian team qualifies for the Eastern Asian Cup due in the Iranian town of Arbil.
