KOCHARIAN'S VISIT TO STEPANAKERT AROUSED "DISCONTENT" IN BAKU

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan has expressed "unambiguous attitude" towards the visit of Armenian President Robert Kocharian to Stepanakert for the participation in the festivities dedicated to the 14-th anniversary of Nagorno Karabakh's independence, APA Azeri news agency reports. "Such attitude can be explained by the fact that this step by the Armenian President conflicts with the priorities of the ongoing peaceful process", head of the department for press and information policy of the Azerbaijani MFA Tahir Tagizade stated. He also noted that the Russian cultural workers, who visited Nagorno Karabakh, may not be permitted to visit Baku.
