Prisoners Took Part in Constitutional Referendum in ArmeniaNovember 27, 2005 - 21:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Prisoners of 7 penal executive facilities of Armenia took part in the constitutional referendum, reported the Press Service of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia. The vote finished at 8:00 p.m. local time and the ballots were counted. 27 of 768 constituents refused to take part in the referendum, 715 voted for adoption of the constitutional amendments, while 15 were against. 11 ballots were recognized invalid.Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
