The message says in part, "Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, we deeply grieve about the losses caused by the crash in Irkutsk. Let me on behalf of the Armenian people convey condolences to You and the relatives of those killed and wish soonest recovery to the injured."To note, A-310 owned by S7 (Sibir) airlines crashed when landing at the Irkuysk airport on Sunday. It went down from the landing ground, crashed into the constructions and got inflamed. There were 203 people aboard. 124 of them were killed.
