Mubariz Ahmedoglu: Azerbaijan Shouldn't Rely on UN in Karabakh Settlement

PanARMENIAN.Net - November 6 the UN General Assembly will discuss the problem of frozen conflicts in the former USSR space. The Nagorno Karabakh conflict will be on the agenda as well, reports Day.az. The head of the Center of Political Innovations of Azerbaijan Mubariz Ahmedoglu remarked today that Azerbaijan should not anchor hopes with the UN in the settlement of the conflict. "The UN impartiality raises doubts. The organization has passed 30 fruitless resolutions on the Georgian-Abkhazian conflict. The resolution adopted last Friday lays the responsibility on Tbilisi. Thus, this elite rostrum is not a panacea for our problem," he said.
