In his words, the approaches to the issue should be in a wider diapason. «The blockage on the way of settlement should be removed. Consensus in approaches to settlement of the conflict in the positions of each party should be ensures,» he remarked. The former Azeri President believes that a joint opinion of the authorities and opposition should be formed among each of the parties to the talks, thus ruling out speculations for domestic political purposes, than can bring to naught any talks. «Much political will is necessary to highlight the major goal - deliver peoples from confrontation and pave the way to peace and progress in this region saturated with conflicts,» Mutalibov underscored, reports Day.az. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
