  Azeri soldier arrested in BakuFebruary 3, 2007 - 17:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Vusal Garadjayev, the Azeri soldier, who fled to Karabakh and was later conveyed to the motherland, was arrested in Baku. The department of investigation of grave crimes at the military prosecutor's office accused him in compliance of Article 274 (treason) and 338.1 (violation of rules of military patrol) of the Azerbaijani Penal Code. An investigation is being carried out. 18-year-old Vusal Garadjayev was called up last year by the military committee of the Balaken region, reports APA.
