In case of war in Karabakh Azerbaijan to occur on the verge of catastrophe

PanARMENIAN.Net - If even for a single minute the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan believes in superiority of their armed forces, the same day a war will break out, NKR Defense Minister lieutenant-general Movses Hakobyan stated. He said high officials in Azerbaijan appropriately and not appropriately declare that their military expenses surpass the whole state budget of the Armenian side. But those statements are calculated only for domestic users, since the volume of military expenses in itself cannot guarantee success. "During the war Karabakh was in a full blockade, we did not have even a piece of bread, not to mention about armaments. Drinking water also was a big problem, but our nation did not lose hope, fought and won. Today we have powerful army equipped with modern armaments. Day by day we improve the level of combat training, command system of our armed forces. As to the some numerical superiority of the Azeri army, I'll underline that our army is provided with all necessary things, and Azerbaijan will occur on the verge of a catastrophe in case of a war," Movses Hakobyan stated, "Azat Artsakh" newspaper reports.
