OSCE: political will and nobility needed for resolution of frozen conflicts

PanARMENIAN.Net - Political will and nobility are needed for resolution of frozen conflicts, OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos said when addressing the summit of the OSCE Foreign Ministers in Madrid today.



"To resolve conflicts in Moldova, Georgia and Karabakh we should demonstrate political bravery and a strong wish to hold talks," he said calling on the participants to come to a common ground for ensuring security of the OSCE member states.
