LATVIAN PARLIAMENT HEAD SUGGESTS NEW FORMAT OF COOPERATION ON LEVEL OF SPEAKERS OF BALTIC STATES AND SOUTH CAUCASUS

PanARMENIAN.Net - Latvian Parliament head Janis Straume has suggested a new format of cooperation on the level of heads of parliaments of Baltic States and States of the South Caucasus. This was spoken about at the meeting of the Latvian parliament head and the Armenian parliamentary delegation led by Armen Khachatrian in Riga. According to Straume, the joint meetings of the Speakers of the three Baltic and three South Caucasian States will make for the expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation. Armenia has always stated its readiness to participate actively in the process of the European integration and, in the future, is ready to continue cooperation in different spheres including the struggle against terror, stated RA National Assembly head Armen Khachatrian.
