"President Sargsyan's football diplomacy proved that Armenia took a stand of peace and cooperation. We are convinced that each conflict should be resolved peacefully," Artur Baghdassaryan said Black Sea security program regional workshop that opened in Yerevan today. "Conduction of such conferences will encourage cooperation between the Black Sea countries and will ensure regional security," he said. "Any attempt to resolve conflicts by use of force is doomed to failure and human life loss. In this context, Armenia attaches importance to development of political, economic and cultural dialog between the states of the region," Baghdassaryan said.
