PanARMENIAN.Net - On 27 October, President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met in Stepanakert with personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk to discuss the issues related to the current situation at the line of contact between NKR and Azerbaijan armed forces, the Central information department of the NKR president's office told PanARMENIAN.Net
