Gul, EU can be real mediators in Karabakh process, Baku says

PanARMENIAN.Net - The outcomes of November 2 Moscow talks directly depends on the impending visit of Turkish President to Russia, an Azeri expert said.

"Abdullah Gul can become a real intermediary in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict resolution process. The things will clear up after the Medvedev-Gul meeting," Rasim Musabekov said in a conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter in Brussels.

"The OSCE MG is paralyzed. So, the European Union and Turkey can undertake resolution of the Karabakh conflict," he added.
