Obama won't recognize Armenian Genocide, Babacan assures

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey welcomes appointment of Hillary Clinton as U.S. Secretary of State, Turkish senior official said.

"We have high expectation for President Obama and his team," Foreign Minister Ali Babacan said.

The new U.S. administration will hardly spoil the dialogue launched between Armenia and Turkey, according to him.

"The pledges made during the election campaign may differ from decisions taken at the presidential post," Babacan said, TGRT News reports.
