Turkey says stand on Armenia unchangeable

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey will never do anything to damage relations with Azerbaijan, Turkish State Minister said.



"We are brothers and nothing can part us," Cemil Cicek, adding that Ankara's position on relations with Armenia has not changed.



"The border will not be opened unless Armenia quits Azerbaijani territories," he said.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive.
