CSTO, Armenia don't differ on RRF formationJune 12, 2009 - 14:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and Armenia never differed on formation of rapid reaction force, CSTO Secretary General Nikolay Bordyuzha said. "Armenia showed approaches which helped coordination of RRF future activities," he said. "Each member state has its own position on the initiative, the more so because it's the issue of sovereignty. CSTO member states are unanimous on RRF necessity. What we have to do is to coordinate approaches," Bordyuzha added, Mir TV Company reported. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
