NKR must take part in negotiations

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Armenian society is engaged in "mystification" of current events," Head of Theoretical Philosophy and Logic Department at YSU, Alexander Manasyan told a news conference, referring to social discussions on publication of Madrid principles of NKR conflict settlement. According to him, Madrid principles are only mediators' suggestions on conflict settlement, so there's no reason for panic.

"Initially, a resolution for participation of 3 parties, RA, NKR and Azerbaijan, in conflict settlement negotiations was passed at Budapest summit. It's time NKR took part in negotiations," Manasyan stated, adding that Madrid principles will have no legal force unless the document is signed by NKR representatives.
