"We believe that replacement of RA FM will signal changes in Foreign Policy for RA President," Manoyan emphasized.According to him, the reason for demanding RA Foreign Minister's resignation is not Madrid principles only. "Demand for resignation draws on the situation Armenia found itself in: a situation when Armenia is dictated to by Turkey in NKR conflict settlement issue.
