Gagik Beglaryan: Opening of Montreal House possible in Yerevan

PanARMENIAN.Net - On July 22-24, Yerevan Mayor Gagik Beglaryan visited Montreal, Yerevan's twin-city since 2001. Gagik Beglaryan met Montreal Mayor Gérald Tremblay and Quebec's Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy, Laurent Lessard.



The parties discussed development perspectives of collaboration between Yerevan and Montreal, emphasizing the importance of using Montreal's experience in Yerevan. The Mayor also met Armenian community representatives in Montreal.



Gagik Beglaryan commented on the possibility of Montreal or Quebec House opening as bilateral ties' development center, RA MFA reported.
