The oncoming Caspian states summit in Aktau contradicts Iran's national interests, he said.The official Tehran was offended by the fact their representatives were not invited to informal meeting of Caspian Sea region leaders in Aktau. Moscow believes Iranians leaders' statements on illegality of a separate meeting between Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan are rather forced.
