Dialogue with Diaspora to be systemic and regular

"For all existing difficulties, Armenia has its arguments in the dialogue. It's just necessary to be smart enough to use them in a proper manner. Instead of waiving principles, it is necessary to jointly solve the issues which are of interest to both sides. The meeting with Diaspora community in Rostov-on-Don, is a very important event. Instead of timeserving, we are required to enter into a systemic and regular dialogue with Diaspora.
