According to him, the ship will carry humanitarian aid a number of MPs, doctors, students and sports-persons. Meanwhile, Israeli intelligence says the Iranian ships will convey some 300 Hezbollah fighters. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
