OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmen to visit ArtsakhPanARMENIAN.Net - A visit of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmen will start from Karabakh. Co-Chairmen Robert Bradtke (U.S), Igor Popov (Russia) and Bernard Fassier (France), as well as Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk will arrive in Stepanakert on July 2, David Babayan, the Head of the Central Information Department of the Office of Artsakh President, told PanARMENIAN.Net The mediators will meet with President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan. On July 3, the Co-Chairmen will arrive in Yerevan, while on July 5 they are expected to leave for Baku. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
