Expansion of Hay Dat Committees in Europe planned

PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 13, Hay Dat European Committee conference was held in Paris, hosting representatives of British, French, Belgian, Dutch, German, Bulgarian, Greek and Cyprus committees.

Hay Dat Central Bureau was represented by Kiro Manoyan, with ARF Dashnaktsutyun (ARFD) representative Armen Rustamyan, Bureau members Hakob Ter-Khachaturyan, Levon Mkrtchyan and Mario Nalbandian also participating in the conference.

Alterations in the European structures of the committee necessary in the face of new challenges, EU’s new policy in South Caucasus were discussed. A work towards international communities’ recognition of NKR independence was in the focus of attention.

The parties also dwelled on Armenia-Turkey rapprochement, Azerbaijan and Turkey’s Armenia-related policy and Javakhk problems.

Resolution to expand Hay Dat Committees in Europe was passed, ARFD press service reported.
