French MPs condemn Azerbaijan’s provocative actionsJanuary 27, 2011 - 19:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On January 26, French National Assembly hosted a news conference to sum up results of signature-gathering campaign entitled In the Name of Peace in Karabakh. The campaign, initiated by French MPs, was prompted by frequent cases of ceasefire violation on the line of contact on behalf of Azerbaijan, as well as the Azeri attack in the vicinity of Martakert on June 18, 2010. The declaration condemning militaristic statements and actions of Azerbaijan and supporting the position of France in Karabakh issue will be sent to French Foreign Ministry and distributed through media outlets.
