Bordyuzha urges CSTO states to jointly combat extremism![]() ![]() PanARMENIAN.Net - During a meeting with Kyrgyzstan’s Defence Council Secretary Shamil Atakhanov, Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Nikolai Bordyuzha urged to join efforts to combat extremism in CSTO states. “Last year’s events in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan are interrelated,” Bordyuzha said, noting signs of extremisms to be obvious in all CSTO countries. “Coordination of CSTO member states’ efforts to achieve common goal is essential in a struggle against extremism,” ITAR-TASS cited him as saying. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
