As Araz Azlizadeh noted, neither the MG nor CoE possess any leverage or authority on international scene. “This is why Azerbaijan must refuse MG interference and make UN Security Council in charge of the issue, the Security Council being authorized to impose political, economic and military bans,” the political expert said.
