  Moscow against imposing recipes on Karabakh issue to conflicting parties March 3, 2011 - 19:48 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - OSCE Minsk Group should be the primary negotiating platform in the Karabakh settlement, Russia's permanent representative to the OSCE, Anvar Azimov stated at the meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council. “We are willing to take our best efforts to help the parties achieve the long-awaited settlement,” Azimov said. “Russia's position is consistent and remains unchanged: Moscow is against imposing the recipes on Karabakh issue to conflicting parties,” Azimov added. “Armenian and Azerbaijani sides should be the ones responsible for finding the final version of conflict settlement,” ITAR-TASS quoted him as saying.
