  NKR army soldier killed in Azeri firing March 4, 2011 - 18:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A soldier of the Artsakh Defense Army was killed in Karabakh. On March 4, serviceman Grigor Shakhkyan (born in 1991) was shot dead at 02:30pm as a result of ceasefire violation by Azerbaijan in the north-eastern part of the line of contact between the NKR and Azerbaijani armed forces (Upper Chaylu). This is the second border incident provoked by Azerbaijan over the past two days. On March 3, serviceman Hovhannes Avdalyan was wounded in Azeri firing of Karabakh’s positions. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive.
