OSCE mission to monitor Artsakh-Azerbaijan contact line May 4![]() May 3, 2011 - 10:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE mission will monitor the line of contact between the Artsakh and Azerbaijani armed forces on May 4. As a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter was told by the NKR Foreign Ministry, the monitoring will be conducted with participation of representatives of the High-Level Planning Group (HLPG). From the Karabakh side, the monitoring will be held by field assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Hristo Hristov and Marious Puodzinas as well as HLPG member Alexander Nepokrytykh. From the Azerbaijani positions, it will be held by field assistant Antal Herdic and HLPG member Michael O’Connor. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
