Ambassador: secret issues to be in focus of Sargsyan-Medvedev-Aliyev talks

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu views the Deauville statement by Presidents of France, Russia and United States as important and timely.

“A time framework for the conflict resolution was set for the first time,” the Azeri-Press Agency quoted Bulbuloglu as saying. “The hardest thing is to take the first step. If the Presidents find a common ground, it will be a comprehensive agreement.”

Commenting on the forthcoming meeting between the Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian Presidents, the ambassador said “it will be secret talks.”

“The settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is ripening,” he presumed.
