Moscow marks First Armenian Republic Day

PanARMENIAN.Net - On May 30, Armenian Embassy in Moscow hosted round table discussions timed to the 93rd anniversary of the first Armenian Republic.

Armenian Ambassador to Russia Oleg Yesayan, NKR permanent representative in Moscow Albert Andryan, representatives of Moscow organizations and media attended the event.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Yesayan stressed the historic significance of the first Republic declaration in 1918. Ambassadorial adviser Mr. Harutyunyan, the head of the student organization at International Relations Institute Henry Sardarov delivered speeches at the event. In conclusion, the head of Ararat NGO Emmanuil Dolbakyan presented a book authored by General Grigory Korganov, tilted Armenians’ Participation in World War II Caucasus Front.
