Levon Aronian to participate in World Mind Games

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronian will participate in World Mind Games, due December 14-19 in Beijing. The chess tournament will feature three formats - rapid, blitz and blind chess.

Aronian will rival GMs Teimour Radjabov (Azerbaijan), Sergey Karjakin (Russia), Hikaru Nakamura (U.S.), Alexander Morozevich (Russia), Vassily Ivanchuk (Ukriane), Alexander Grischuk (Russia), Veselin Topalov (Bulgaria), Gata Kamsky (U.S.), Peter Leko (Hungary), Viorel Bologan (Moldova), Baadur Jobava (Georgia), Shakhriyar Mamedyarov (Azerbaijan), Wang Hao (Chian), Anish Giri (Netherlands), Ding Liren (China).

The tournament will bring together 16 strong grandmasters.
