Armenian boxers training for tournaments in Ukraine, KazakhstanMarch 18, 2013 - 17:15 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian boxers are currently training for the international tournaments in Ukraine and Kazakhstan, chief coach said. “The tournaments in Ukraine and Kazakhstan kick off on March 24 and March 29 respectively,”Karen Aghamalyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, adding that 6 athletes will represent Armenia in the first event, with 5 boxers to participate in the second one. Armenia’s lien-up for the Ukraine tournament consists of Hovhannes Danielyan (49 kg), Ararat Mkhitaryan (56 kg), Hovhannes Bochkov (60 kg), Vladimir Margaryan (69 kg), Arman Hovikyan (75 kg) and Ruslan Ibrahimyan (81 kg). Koryun Soghomonyan (49 kg), Derenik Gizhlaryan (52 kg), Artur Grigoryan, Samvel Barseghyan (60 kg) and Azat Davtyan (91 kg) will participate in Kazakhstan-hosted tournament.
