Armenia hosts Regional Conference for Human Resources ManagementOctober 24, 2014 - 20:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The 3rd Regional Conference for Human Resources Management (HRM): “One Step Forward” launched in Armenia. The event organized by the Human Resource Association of Armenia and Cascade Consultants aims at exploring the current challenges of the region in Human Resources area and offers potential solutions. The participants focused on the international HR standards, research findings and the need for development of the professional requirements in HR area. Leading HR professionals of the region, as well as special guests representing the European HR Association (EAPM), the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and the “Tom Hunt” Company made presentations. Besides, a cooperation agreement was signed with the HR Certification Institute which will allow Armenian professionals of the field to receive qualifications such as HR Business Professional (HRBP) and HR Manager (HRMP). The agreement also implies providing trainings for the HR qualification tests/exams, which will be conducted by Cascade Consultants, the official partner of the HR Certification Institute. The trainings will be conducted using the materials and programs and curriculum of HRCP. The General Sponsor of the conference is VivaCell-MTS.
