  Yerevan to host Color Run charity race August 15 August 10, 2015 - 16:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan Color Run will be held Saturday, Aug 15, at 7:00 am local time, from Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex. The racetrack participants will be bathed in colored harmless dry powders from head to toe. 3 male and 3 female participants, who finish first, will be rewarded, and musical colorful fireworks display awaits all the participants after the racetrack. Yerevan Color Run aims first and foremost at helping a 9-year-old boy, Gor, whose parents left him at the hospital upon his birth. The boy was born with a complex spinal cord injury and is unable to walk as a result. A part of Yerevan Color Run revenue will be allocated to covering the costs of the surgery and acquisition of a wheelchair.
