Armenian teams fail European Team Chess Champioship bid

PanARMENIAN.Net - Both Armenian teams failed to take prizes at the European Team Chess Champioship that was held in the Greek town of Hersonissos, Crete.

The men's team, in particular, drew with Serbia in the final round to take the 12th position with 10 points overall.

Meanwhile, the women's team came in ninth overall after losing their final games against Russia 0.5:3.5.

The Azerbaijani team snatched gold in Crete.
