Armenia-EU visa regime facilitation talks to launch in fall

PanARMENIAN.Net - On June 10, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with the Managing Director for Russia, Eastern Neighbourhood and the Western Balkans, EU European External Action Service Miroslav Lajcak.

Congratulating Mr. Lajcak on his new appointment, the Minister expressed hope for his extensive diplomatic experience to contribute to further development of Armenia-EU ties.

At the meeting, the parties exchanged views on a range of issues including Armenia-EU Association Agreement and visa regime facilitation talks due in fall.

In conclusion, Foreign Minister briefed Mr. Lajcak on recent developments in Karabakh conflict settlement process, Armenian Foreign Ministry press service reported.
