Beeline Extreme 2011 1st ATVs Championship over in Yerevan![]() July 25, 2011 - 17:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - ArmenTel CJSC (Beeline trade name) announced on completion of the first open Beeline Extreme 2011 ATVs (All-terrain vehicle) Championship. The contest was organized by 4×4 Off Road Club at support of ArmenTel company. 25 teams from Armenia, Georgia and Iran on 20 cars and 5 quadricycles participated in the Championship. The first place among professionals was won by the participant from Georgia Teymuraz Shergelashvili on Mitsubishi Pajero. Among amateurs, the victory was won by another representative from Georgia David Mamukashvili on Jeep Wrangler. In quadricycle category Edward Gaifadjyan distinguished. The winners were presented netbooks and smartphones from ArmenTel company. “Beeline trade mark is traditionally associated with positive emotions, brightness and freedom of action. We are happy to support new sport in Armenia and to give lots of positive emotions and adrenaline to participants and audience,” said ArmenTel Director General Igor Klimko. Jeep Trial is an ATVs driving skill competition. The main criterion of overcoming speedway in Jeep Trial is accuracy and precision. Various vehicles like jeeps and trucks may participate in the contest. Armenia’s Narek Manasyan (92kg) won Armenia’s second silver medal at the European Boxing Championships 2024 on April 28. Armenian gymnast, Olympic bronze medalist Artur Davtyan has reached the finals of the World Cup. Gor Manvelyan has denied reports alleging that he has expressed a desire to one day play for the French national team.
