Georgian GM Baadur Jobava wins Sevana Lich chess tournament

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Sevana Lich (Lake of Sevan) round robin chess tournament held in Martuni province of Armenia, with 10 grandmasters participating, was completed on July 30.

Georgian Grandmaster Baadur Jobava scoring 5,5 points became the winner of the tournament sharing points with Avetik Grigoryan (3,5 points) in the last round.

Hrant Melkumyan (5,5 points) was the second in the tournament, after his defeat over Sergey Zhigalko (Belarus). He was followed by Zhou Jianchao (China) who scored 5 points.
