Nalbandian to face Nadal in U.S. Open 3rd round

PanARMENIAN.Net - Argentina’s David Nalbandian made it to the 3rd round of New York-hosted U.S. Open tennis tournament, having got the upper hand in a clash against Croatia’s Ivan Ljubicic.

The Armenian-born Nalbandian ended the match in a 6-4, 1-6, 6-3, 6-2 victory.

On Sunday, September 4, David will face off against second seed Rafael Nadal of Spain.
