On September 29, Samvel Matevosyan (under 69kg) will face Byamba Tuvshinbat of Mongolia. Hrachik Javakhyan (64kg) will take on David Muller of Germany on September 30 while Vladimir Sarukhanyan (60kg) will rival Jose Ramirez of the United States on October 1. Andranik Hakobyan enter the competition the same day. Heavyweight Armen Simonyan will not perform because of an injury.
