Armenia celebrates third victory at U-16 World Youth Chess Olympiad

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian team has celebrated their third victory at the U-16 World Youth Chess Olympiad in Izmit, Turkey.

In round 3, the young Armenian chess players defeated India 3-1. Karen Grigoryan, Tigran Harutyunyan and Hovhannes Gabuzyan won their games. Arman Melikyan suffered a defeat.

Topping the standings with 10.5 points, they will face Georgia, who are currently second with 10 points, in the next round.
