  Artsakh President confers medal on Ruben Zargaryan February 12, 2011 - 13:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On February 12, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to confer Mkhitar Gosh medal on the adviser to Artsakh Republic Foreign Minister, Ruben Zargaryan, for active state, public and political activity and in connection with his 50th birthday, reported central information department of the office of the Artsakh Republic President.
