Team Abraham sends protest to WBC

PanARMENIAN.Net - Arthur Abraham's promoter Sauerland Event filed a protest to the WBC against Abraham’s disqualification in the fight vs. Andre Dirrell.

As reported by bild.de, the key points in the protest are as follows: Referee Cole failed to call a Dirrell knock-down in round 10; Dirrell punched repeatedly below the belt without Cole issuing warnings or point deductions; Cole should had intervened earlier in the 11th round as Dirrell had slipped.
