Armenia attaches special importance to cooperation with Bulgaria within ENPOctober 30, 2007 - 15:26 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - October 29 Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian met his Bulgarian counterpart Ivailo Kalfin, the RA MFA press office said.The Ministers noted that rich traditional ties are a good foundation for dynamical political dialogue between Armenia and Bulgaria and the forthcoming visit of Bulgaria's State Minister Sergei Stanishev will encourage economic relations. They also emphasized the importance of using the full potential of the commission for trade-economic and scientific cooperation. The parties referred to relations with neighbor states and regional conflicts. By the Armenian Minister's request, Mr Kalfin briefed on the outcomes of the EU intergovernmental conference held October 18. The agreement signed by the participants will allow to avoid a crisis and open a new page for further development of the European Union, he said.
